Shipping FAQ

No. We require a physical address for all shipments.

Overnight services typically arrive the next business day from the shipment date. 2‑day services typically arrive within two business days. Ground services usually take 2–4 business days depending on destination.

Yes—if the order has not been processed or shipped yet. Contact us immediately so we can update it if possible.

Carrier shipments do not ship on Saturday. M‑Tech is open and operating on Saturday for store pickup and local delivery (with a single Saturday cutoff).

Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

If tracking shows a delay, we’ll help you open a carrier trace. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will work with you on a resolution (replacement or credit) based on the claim outcome and our shipping terms.

Inspect shipments upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible. Keep the packaging and provide photos (outer box, label, and damaged items) so we can assist with a claim and solution.

Yes. Uber Parcel is available as a customer‑arranged option and is paid by the customer.

United States shipping is available as listed above. For other countries, please contact us and we will advise if options are available.
